Placement Service

The Association of Anglican Musicians publishes vacancy notices on this website as a service to its members and to churches seeking a musician.

Please only include brief job descriptions in the listing, not full ones. We publish listings in paragraph form with a limit of 2500 characters (about 400 words).

Before a listing for an open position can be published, the Rector or other appointed official of a church or institution must consent to the following AAM Placement Policy:

In accordance with our Baptismal Covenant, the Association of Anglican Musicians strives to respect the dignity of every human being. We expect that employers using our Placement Office agree to consider applicants for employment without reference to race, ethnicity, national origin, gender, sexuality, disability, or age, except insofar as personal characteristics directly affect individuals’ capacity to exercise their vocation.

Upon submission of the Request Form, the Rector/Official listed on the form will receive an email and link where (s)he can accept this policy.

Upon submission of the Request Form, we prefer immediate online payment via credit card. However, we will also accept a check, made payable to AAM, mailed to this address:

Association of Anglican Musicians
P.O. Box 1012
Norwalk, CT 06856

If the check does not have the church or institution name on it, please put the church name in the memo so that we can credit the proper account.
