Richmond 2020 AAM Conference Canceled
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the related health and travel restrictions, the Board of Directors of the Association of Anglican Musicians has voted to cancel the Richmond 2020 AAM Conference.
All registration fees paid will be refunded in full by check. Refund checks will be issued through the AAM Communications Office. Please do not attempt to obtain a refund through Stripe (an online payment processing platform); doing so will result in fees being charged to AAM. If you are registered for the conference, please watch for an email with further information concerning your refund. We will process refunds as quickly as possible; your patience is appreciated.
The Omni Richmond Hotel has notified us that they will cancel all conference reservations. If you had a reservation, watch for an email notification from the hotel. Please make sure that your reservation has been canceled to avoid any penalty. Update: If you made an Omni Richmond Hotel reservation, please contact them to cancel your reservation.
We are pleased to announce plans for AAM to meet in Richmond June 19-23, 2022. This will allow much of the Richmond Conference committee’s excellent planning and preparation to be fully realized in the future. Our 2021 Dallas AAM Conference will meet as scheduled.
The Annual Meeting of the Association will be held in a videoconference format this summer. Details on this meeting and our elections will be forthcoming.
